How To Set Up a Basic Bar

Equipment Checklist:
Bottle/Can opener
Cutting board & paring knife
Ice bucket & ice scoop
Shaker with strainer & stirring spoon
Kitchen towel

All-purpose glasses (12 - 14 oz.)
Wine, stemmed (12 - 14 oz.)
Martini (10 - 12 oz.)

Gin, Vodka, Scotch, Whiskey, Rum, Bourbon, Tequila, Dry & Sweet Vermouth; Brandy, Liqueurs, Champagne,
Imported & Domestic Beers

Red Wine: Pinot Noir, Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon
or other dry red wines

White Wine: Chardonnay, Pinot Grigio, Sauvignon Blanc
or Dry Reisling

Don't forget:

Bar Fruit - lemons, limes, olives, cocktail onions, cherries
Garnishes, toothpicks, swizzle sticks and napkins
Ice - one 6 1/2 pound bag of ice per four people
